2017 PPA National Tournament Schedule

2017 PPA National Tournament Schedule

We would like to say thank you to our generous sponsors for their continued support of the PPA. Putt-Putt franchise owners across the country who welcome PPA players with courses that are competition-ready, David McCollister of Southern Key Investments, the Putt-Putt Board of Directors and SafePark USA who have each made commitments to continue our search to find the World’s Greatest Putter. Their support allows the PPA to continue to conduct the high-level tournaments that we all enjoy.

Please be sure to support them the same way they support us.

Thanks to all of the putters that come out and play. Without your participation the PPA could not exist. We look forward to seeing you at the national, regional, and local PPA events this year.

Match Play qualifiers are the same as last year. You automatically qualify if you have played in each of the following events: 2016 Northern Open in Louisville, TPC in Roanoke, National Championship in Roanoke and the upcoming 2017 Western Open in Memphis.

Then, we will fill out the bracket up to 50 with the top point players who have not automatically qualified. The final 14 spots are to be earned in the first 3 rounds of the proputters.org tournament in Augusta on June 2.

The Proputters.org tournament’s first 3 rounds, played on June 2, will complete the 64 spots for the National Match Play Championship. Double elimination match play will start the afternoon of Friday, June 2 and be completed on Saturday, June 3. Proputters.org tournament’s final 3 rounds will be played on Sunday, June 4.

For persons age 60 and above, The Seniors National Championship consists of the first 8 rounds of the PPA National Championship. If you turn 60 anytime in 2017, you qualify.

Payouts are being finalized and will be released in the near future.
